Deserttree Retail, LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates deserttree.com and develops software applications. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
Information we collect
When you contact us through this site, we receive your name, email address, and the contents of your message. When you purchase from our storefronts, the marketplace or payment processor handles your payment and shares fulfillment details with us. We never receive your full payment card information.
Our software
Our applications differ in what they handle, and none of them require you to provide personal information in order to work.
Some applications let you optionally add personal information — for example, identity, insurance, or medical details you choose to store. Providing this is never required to use the app. When you do provide it, it is stored in a secure vault, encrypted both in transit and at rest, and accessible only to you.
We do not use the contents of your vault for any purpose other than making it available to you, and we do not sell it or share it with third parties.
How we use information
To respond to inquiries, to fulfill and support orders, and to meet legal and tax obligations. Nothing else.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — payment processors, shipping carriers, and email providers — and only to the extent they need it to do their work.
Retention
We keep information only as long as necessary for the purposes described above, or as long as legally required.
Your rights
Email support@deserttree.com to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. We respond within 30 days.
Children
Our products are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised date above.
